The Specials Engine works just like WebPro, but provides visitors to your golf course web
site with real-time access to discount or promotional tee time inventory. It also
includes a golfer profiling and email engine so you can gather more data from customers
who visit your site, and send out tee time emails to your golfer database. The Specials
Engine enables golf courses to more proactively manage yields, and execute marketing programs
to drive play and loyalty.

secure site with your username and password and make adjustments from anywhere

The Specials Engine includes a robust golfer profiling feature that consumers

from your existing golf course web site, so that your golfers can sign up to
receive special tee times and email marketing messages from your course right in their inbox. You can collect a variety of
information, including name, address, phone number, email address, and golfing
preferences such as preferred days, times and prices. We can even customize the
fields to include favorite clubs, balls and apparel! All of this data is stored
securely and completely owned by you.
Send Targeted Email Blasts to Your Database of Golfers
Once we’ve set up your golfer profiling page, you can begin creating and
sending customized emails to your golfer database. The Email Blast tool is easy
to use and completely
customizable, so you can control the message and look and feel of every email
through our easy to use web-based administration tools. What;s more, our system
enables you to select individual or groups of tee times, set the pricing, and
blast these times out to a targeted group in your database!
