Service Fees & Setup Options
Setup & Licensing Fees
There is a one-time setup fee of $499 for the WebPro Solution, which includes
connectivity to all resellers on the GolfSwitch Network and a tee time
reservation engine for your golf course's web site.
There are two options for the ongoing licensing fees.
- Option 1: $99 monthly licensing fee + $1.00 per round booking fee on the
golf course web site. For most courses, this means only 2 incremental rounds
per month for the service to pay for itself!
- Option #2: $99 monthly licensing fee + $150 per month for unlimited
bookings on the golf course web site. This option is best for courses who
drive a significant amount of traffic to their web site.
WebPro can be setup to collect the booking fee from the customer or from
the golf course. In addition, the course may choose to add up to $1.00 to the
standard booking fee charged to the consumer.
The golf course is not responsible for booking fees for rounds that come
from reseller partners.
